dude is 32/25 12% 3bet on 95 hands
what about preflop ? 4bet or call?
what I don't like is that if I 4bet, I got a good chunk of stack in there and will have to most likely fold to shove.. or maybe call with those semi-aggro stats ?

-----------------------------
For the last hand, it's always a tough decision. It's important to remember that players may have a tighter 3bet range from the blinds than what their average shows when doing it against an UTG or MD position raise.
Against a more aggressive opponent like him, I would probably call pre like you did. Like you said, 4betting and folding really sucks. Instead of calling on the flop, though, I think I would raise to like 38 unless his cbet% is like 50%. I prefer raising a little bit more in this spot since I don't want him to think he has fold equity for a re-steal. Since there are no flush draws, it's very hard for him not to put you on something really good. I would play AA and KK the same way, by the way.
First hand, how about shoving flop instead. Not like you're folding anyway, and you can protect your hand against draws. It also looks like you're drawing, and he might make a hero call.

and should I bet the turn with TT once he checks turn.. ? or I open the opportunity to get check-raised .. ?!
