*** December grind thread ***
Let's not get lazy before Christmas.
Let's see who can play the most hands till the end of the year.
I'm thinking at least 50K.
Oh man this poker thing
Veux-tu ben me dire qu'est-ce tu veux dire par là??
I mean it's a long-ass hard grind. But seeing Isildur1 losing 4 millions to Brian Hastings and running 3 millions below EV, I can never feel bad about losing a few hundred dollars again. Even thousands.
I've had a great idea lol
I'm going to play more hands before I go to sleep than I played last month. In case you're wondering, I haven't played that many hands last month; a mere 16K hands.
So unless I run terrible or I tilt, that's my goal for today.
Interestingly enough, it took me 1836 minutes to play those 16K hands last month, which translates roughly into 30 hours of play. haha
Shortstackers invasion right now. I keep switching tables over and over again.
Started out down obviously. Got caught 3 barrel bluffing someone and lost QQ vs KK all-in pre. Now I'm a little less than $200 below EV and I'm down $200.
The excitement I felt this morning about playing 16k hands is long gone and has been replaced by cynicism. Right now, I just feel like taking money away from donkeys, shorties, and regs. And I feel like doing it for a long time. Because I can.
Instead of trying to play insane volume, right now I'm focusing on attaining the highest possible winrate in 10k hands. So I'm going to be playing 6-7 tables only for a few days at least.
Oh god. It's the weekend... now I have to play at least what, 25k hands? Oh god no not this shit again.
Cool thing I learned today is that FTP may up the minimum buy-in limit for cash games very soon. Good news for us shortstakers-hating people.
Also, apparently they will announce a new reward program on top of that weak ironman shit.
All in the answer thread on twoplustwo.
uh oh I'm running good

Ça ça fait du bien! :)

T'as ben raison mon cochon.
Lets not get lazy!!
