First Hand(A9): I think we

First Hand(A9): I think we discussed this hand before and I think I told you that very often your opponent(s) don't have the flush. I think you should barrel turn and take it down. When someone plays back at you, you can fold. The problem with checking is that you basically give up when you may have the best hand. If you check/call and your opponent is gutsy enough, you might get bluffed off on the river. Maybe bet a bit more than half the pot, or close to half.

Second hand(AA): I probably go all the way with this one as well. He didn't have a full stack to start with, and he's probably a bad player. Bad players make bad moves. Turn is meh but some of these players will call you down with under pockets and AQ and AJ and J10. Might be a good spot to shove flop. The fact that he has a set here is irrelevant.

Third hand(AQ): You're asking for trouble. 4bet to 28-30/fold preflop IMO, depending on his stats. Not saying not to be creative. But your story just doesn't make any sense when you play it like that, and a lot of players will pick up on it and shove for value with less than what you think. Was that guy really that spewy? Did you have a read on him that you could own him postflop like that? Was your image airtight? Be careful, that's all I'm saying, because it's a thin line between owning your opponents like that and spewing. Stay creative. lol im all over the place here.

Fourth hand(98): We talked about that hand already, but now I see the full picture. Calling pre is fine. The flop is good/bad, meaning you have to really be careful cuz if he wants to play a big pot, he might very well have AK. That's the danger of playing 98, but still you're doing very well right here.

Previously, I said that you probably should shove the turn, but now I think that he has a lot of Aces in his range, so checking back and hoping for the club might be the better choice. Hands that call you're raise on the flop and raise UTG preflop are AQ AJ A10 A9 KQ 109s 98s KK AA maybe QQ. I think he repops with JJ 1010 to protect his hand and value. Im not sure how wide his UTG raise his, but its looks like yours.

How about calling the flop/betting turn and river for value instead? Or just calling him down. Maybe a good way to get more value out of him. Of course in this case the turn kills you, I'm digressing.

Fifth hand(43): Creative much. Not a bad move, especially since he might have a very wide range for squeezing in that spot. Maybe bet less on turn because he's folding anyway, since he's playing his hand fit-or-fold(he has something or he folds), and I would 100% check-back AK there and own you haha. I like 3betting on the button with suited connectors once in a while, just saying.

Sixth hand: Yup we talked about this one. I like calling on the turn since you're in position and you might get a bluff out of him if he has air. I like shoving as well, and give my opponent a false sense of having pot odds with f draw/straight draw, and/or give him the opportunity to shoot himself in the foot. The pot would be giving him 2-1 which wouldn't be enough for him to call profitably. So yeah, I like both, but I think I shove more often, just because players at nl100 tend to make mistakes and I want to profit from that.

Seventh hand(AK): Bottom line is you got owned. xmasgrinhc is a reg if I recall correctly, and like a lot of players facing a 3bet and a call, they call lighter with suited connectors and low pockets. It's almost always the second player that set-mines.

If there's one example where you might not want to cbet after 3betting, it's this hand. Also, I would have gave up after the turn, too, if I make the mistake of cbetting this flop. The turn doesn't increase your equity and doesn't scare your opponent, and if you think they'll always put you on over pockets, think agian. You squeezed and your range is wide. Now, he probably took a note on you that you can spew with AK, and it's very likely that he won't give you a lot of respect in the future, so be careful.

You compounded your mistake on the turn, and mistakes like these hurt your winrate very badly. Also, if turn is 10 J or Q, he probably still doesn't fold to a shove after having called on the flop expecting you to barrel.

Hand #8(AA): Tough spot. I think I just barrel. Now you know that villain can setmine your 3bets, which is very exploitable. If you check and he bets, what do you do? I mean you probably don't fold to a bet on the turn, and when he bets river, you have a tough decision. And you still put money on the turn. I think youll find that this guy will almost always fold turn with marginal hands/lower pockets and shove turn with a set. Bet/folding is ok, but I probably bet/call shove first time against him.

I'm reading the above paragraph, and I'm thinking "man I don't know if that is the best move" If you don't give him the chance to make a move on the turn, then you never get anymore value out of this hand. I think you can represent AK(lol), check turn, let him bet whatever and shove. Wow that seems like a better strategy to extract value.

Hand #9(Q10): lol fold pre. You can't raise mid position with Q10 all the time. You will get into trouble. BTN and CO, alright. Mid position, no. you're just so dominated so often, plus people play aggro a lot and 3bet.

Hand $10(AA): Bet turn/call shove. Go for value and no need to play tricky!

EV-.

Second hand(AA): T'es commit all the way anyway.

Mais ton 2e paragraphe Marco, ton "check turn, let him bet whatever and shove", juste une meilleur main va te caller, non??

Hand #9(Q10): Fold pre, fold son raise on the flop, fold son bet on the turn...

Hand #8(AA): "only get called

Hand #8(AA): "only get called by a better hand" that's exactly what I thought when I wrote the first paragraph. Then I was reading it again and I was like "man I never get value on the turn unless he spews badly", given my image, and I don't want to fold my AA especially the first time versus villain. It's fucking AA.

But he might be floating the flop with air or weak hand. It's possible that he might make a move on the turn if we check, but I'm not 100% sure. I think most players will try to see a cheap showdown. I think check/raising all-in is just trying to be too fancy. So forget about what I said in the second paragraph.

I've been thinking about it and I think betting half pot turn/calling shove makes more sense. Or maybe shove turn and hope he makes hero call with a weaker hand.
